Flavoured e-liquid is all the rage right now, but users often can taste the difference between high-quality juice and not so high-quality juice, no matter how hard the manufacturers try to mask it.
At AquaVape, we work with flavour specialists who have been in the industry for over 100 years, so we can trust their products and expertise.
Each e-juice company prides themselves on the different flavour options they market in their collections. We not only carry the most popular flavours, plus a few of our own unique combinations but take it a step further by ensuring that our juice is the most high-quality on the market.
The specialists we work with create the purest and cleanest flavours a vaper could ever hope to vape with. Test a bottle for yourself and experience the difference.
What’s in E-Liquid?
E-juice is typically made with two to five basic ingredients, no matter which company produces it. The ingredients are Vegetable Glycerin (VG), Propylene Glycol (PG), Nicotine, Flavouring, and Water. Our e-juice blends are a 50/50 mix of VG and PG with various flavours and nicotine levels. The flavourings are what set different companies apart from one another, but the other ingredients are fairly standard.
The flavouring of e-juice is created specifically for inhalation. Users should never attempt to add their own food-grade flavouring into an e-juice as these aren’t meant for inhaling and can cause damage to the lungs and throat. Both VG and PG are food-grade and safe for inhalation as well. These ingredients can be found in many common household products, such as medication and food products. On rare occasion, a user may experience an allergic reaction to one or both ingredients and should discontinue use or find a blend that is 100% the non-irritating ingredient.
Different vapers hold different preferences with regards to the ratio of VG to PG in their juice, but 50/50 offers the best balance of viscosity, flavour, vapor, and smoothness. This blend also works in the most number of devices. VG helps produce more vapor and smooths out each hit while PG carries the flavour and strengthens the throat hit. We recommend that beginners start with 50/50 and adjust from there.
Choosing a Nicotine Strength
Most of our e-juice blends allow you to choose the nicotine strength as well. Users have the option of 0mg, 3mg, 6mg, 12mg, and 18mg concentrations. Regular smokers who are switching to vape as a healthier alternative may feel most comfortable with the 12mg concentration level. Heavy smokers may find this too weak and will prefer the 18mg concentrations. If you are trying to quit smoking, you can slowly decrease the concentration levels of the nicotine to wean yourself from the dependence. Some juices also come with the option of 0mg of nicotine, which can be useful for those trying to quit smoking who haven’t overcome the psychological habit of smoking/vaping yet.
