Orders are generally shipped within 2 working days. Orders placed Mon – Fri before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Please note however in times of high demand this may be longer. If you need to receive your order sooner, please use the Next Working Day delivery option. All other packages are generally sent in standard 1st or 2nd class packet post with Royal Mail. Your order will arrive with you 1-3 working days after it has left our premises. We have found that most of our orders sent using standard delivery arrive next day within the mainland UK.

Next Day Delivery can be affected by operational issues with our couriers and may arrive later than planned. Couriers do not guarantee next day delivery and we cannot be held responsible for operational issues with our partner services but will operate in line with their policies in such an event.When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to AQL International Ltd, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to sender. If an international shipment is returned as non-delivered, we reserve the right to cancel the order and recover the basic costs of shipping or re-ship at the customer’s expense.

If your order hasn’t arrived, you must notify us within 14 days from the date of your order for us to consider it missing.

All UK orders over £25 will qualify for free Royal Mail 48 service (standard UK Second Class post).

When using Royal Mail 24 (First Class post) service, we will not consider your order missing or late for 10 post days. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, we recommend one of the tracked services available during checkout.

Returns

E-liquid is a consumable item, due to hygiene reasons we cannot take opened bottles of e-liquid back into stock. In addition to your statutory rights at AQL International Ltd’s discretion you can return any unopened bottles of e-liquid within 30 days of receipt. This also applies to any piece of hardware that has been used, unless deemed faulty.

All hardware comes with a 90-day warranty unless stated otherwise in the individual product listing. This warranty does not cover tanks, coils or wicking material. You must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If an item is deemed faulty, we will reimburse the cost of postage to return the item.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your original method of payment will be refunded to your account provided that the goods in question are returned and received within 14 days of your notifying us of the cancellation and in the same condition as they were sent to you.

All replacement tanks are sold as a single-use disposable item and are covered by our DOA (dead on arrival) warranty. This means, that from the date of receipt the buyer has 48 hours to ensure the goods are in good working order and report any faults.
All charging cables and battery chargers have a 12-month warranty, which covers the component parts; this does not cover damage resulting from improper use or use of AquaVape products with other suppliers’ parts.
Batteries, chargers, wall plug adaptors and variable voltage mods are all supplied with a 90 day guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee covers any manufacturer defects and covers repairs or replacements if the product is deemed to be faulty or beyond repair. If we believe the customer has damaged the product in any way, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return.
We supply a 90 day manufacturer’s guarantee on with all mechanical mods. Please note that mechanical mods are for experienced users only. AQL International Ltd accepts no responsibility for any damage caused by the incorrect assembly of any mechanical mod. Incorrect building of mechanical mods can cause personal injury and / or damage to your equipment. As such AQL International Ltd can accept no responsibility for the damage or potential injury caused.
Unfortunately we do not provide a warranty on e-liquid and drip tips. These items for hygiene and health and safety reasons. This is unless we determine that the item received is incorrect or if there are any other extenuating circumstances.
Atomisers are supplied with a ‘dead on arrival’ warranty. The customer must contact AQL International Ltd 48 hours of receiving their order for the warranty to be applicable. Contacting us after this period will mean that we cannot offer a refund or return.

You must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If an item is deemed faulty, we will reimburse the cost of postage to return the item.

If you return an order for refund, AQL International Ltd reserves the right to refund only the basic cost of shipping the item to you, even if you selected an enhanced service, such as ‘Next Day Delivery’.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your original method of payment will be refunded to your account provided that the goods in question are returned and received within 14 days of your notifying us of the cancellation and in the same condition as they were sent to you.

Once you have told us you wish to cancel you have 14 days to return the order for a refund or exchange, at your own cost and risk. There is also the additional option of having the equal value of your order added to your account as reward points in place of a refund or exchange.

When returning an item, it is your responsibility to ensure that the correct postage is paid, the goods are correctly packaged and a tracked postal service is used if required. Returns are at the customer’s risk until received by AQL International Ltd. If returning an item, it must not be handled any more than is necessary to return it.

If you do not return the goods or do not pay the costs of return delivery, or the goods are not returned in the original condition they were sent to you, we shall be entitled to deduct any reasonable costs up to the full amount paid.
