        All international orders are sent by Airmail. We cannot take any responsibility for missing items

        When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. By placing an international order (shipping outside of UK), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If a product is seized and destroyed by customs, or returned to us, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds

        Restrictions

        Orders placed on Saturday may arrive on a Sunday with Royal Mail due to their 7-day-a-week service, otherwise, all weekend dispatched orders will arrive on Monday.

        All orders made to a BFPO (British Forces Post Office) address must be delivered using Royal Mail as alternative couriers are unable to fulfil these shipments
        We can no longer ship batteries or devices containing batteries outside of the UK via Royal Mail. We can only ship these products via our Courier options available at checkout. These shipments are limited to 2 batteries per order

        We refuse any liability for seized goods or additional custom fees. You are responsible for any items once they have left the UK postal system

        We are unable to group two or more distinct orders placed separately and shipping fees will apply to each order

        If any orders are returned by the mail company due to an incorrect address, unfortunately you will incur additional delivery charges in order for us to re-ship your order

        In the unlikely event one or more of your eliquids leak before taking delivery of your order, please let us know within 3 working days so we can promptly resolve any issues. If your liquid vessel has been breached, we would advise against use due to the risk of contamination

        Bank Holidays

        Due to the Easter Bank Holiday, no collections will take place and Royal Mail are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays. Normal service resumes the following working day preceding any Bank Holidays (Tuesday 2nd April)

        We urge customers to use the Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service 2 days prior to the Bank Holiday to ensure that your order arrives before the Bank Holiday

        Returns

        E-liquid is a consumable item, due to hygiene reasons we cannot take opened bottles of e-liquid back into stock. In addition to your statutory rights, at ECIGW Ltd’s discretion you can return any unopened bottles of e-liquid within 30 days of receipt. This also applies to any piece of hardware that has been used, unless deemed faulty.

        All hardware comes with a 90-day warranty unless stated otherwise in the individual product listing. This warranty does not cover tanks, coils or wicking material. You must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If an item is deemed faulty, we will reimburse the cost of postage to return the item.

        Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your original method of payment will be refunded to your account provided that the goods in question are returned and received within 14 days of your notifying us of the cancellation and in the same condition as they were sent to you.

        Battery Safety
        Battery Safety

        Use special caution when working with Li-ion cells, they are very sensitive to charging characteristics and may explode or burn if mishandled.  Make sure the user has enough knowledge of Li-ion rechargeable batteries in charging, discharging and assembly before use. Always charge in/on a fire-proof surface.

        Never leave charging batteries unattended or charging overnight. Never continue to use an e-cigarette type device if you can feel the battery get hot. If your battery gets hot to the touch, or if it begins smelling: DO NOT USE IT ANYMORE. Let it cool down (1 hour) in a safe environment (outside preferably), and then dispose of correctly, or decide to return, if still under warranty. If your e-cigarette or device begins activating itself, immediately remove your atomiser and disconnect the battery.

        DO NOT trust the battery, nor the atomiser anymore from this point on. This means never leave either of the components connected in your pocket, in your nightstand, or out of visibility where you can not immediately separate the two components. It is important to carry batteries properly, charge properly, and dispose of properly. ECIGW Ltd are not responsible for damage if there is any modification of the batteries/chargers in any form or shape (including pack making).
