Purchases by persons under the age of 18 is not permitted in the UK. You must be eighteen (18) years of age, and possess a valid credit card to purchase our products, AQLI INTERNATIONAL will not sell products to minors. We reserve the right to cancel any sales transaction based on our sole discretion where we reasonably believe the purchaser is purchasing products on behalf of a minor.
Product Warranty
All hardware comes with a 28 day parts warranty, unless stated otherwise in the individual product listing. This warranty does not cover tanks, coils or wicking material.
All replacement tanks are sold as a single use disposable item and are covered by our DOA (dead on arrival) warranty. This means, that from date of receipt the buyer has 48 hours to ensure the goods are in good working order and report any faults.
All charging cables and battery chargers have a 12-month warranty, which covers the component parts; this does not cover damage resulting from improper use or use of AquaVape products with other suppliers parts.
If any parts are found to be faulty within the warranty period please contact our Customer Service Team on 08081 687 551 or email: sales@aquavape.co.uk and we will arrange for an inspection of your device and a replacement based upon the outcome. We may require the goods to be returned for further investigation.
Purchasers should be aware that our electronic cigarette batteries and atomizer heads, although made to the highest quality, are functional devices, which will fail and degrade over a period of time dependent on usage.

Store e-liquid in a cool dark area, do not expose to sunlight or high temperatures. E-liquid may discolour or darken over time, this is a natural process which does not affect the quality or safety.

Jurisdiction
This Contract shall be construed and governed in all respects by English Law and all disputes arising under or relating to the Contract shall be the subject of the jurisdiction of the Courts in England.
Liability
To the extent allowed by the law, AQLI INTERNATIONAL shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the services or products sold from or referred to on this site in the following circumstances: for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made for losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of AQLI INTERNATIONAL or their suppliers for business losses and/or losses to non consumers.
Battery Safety
Use special caution when working with Li-ion cells, they are very sensitive to charging characteristics and may explode or burn if mishandled. Make sure the user has enough knowledge of Li-ion rechargeable batteries in charging, discharging and assembly before use. Always charge in/on a fire-proof surface.
Never leave charging batteries unattended. Never continue to use an e-cigarette type device if you can feel the battery get hot. If your battery gets hot to the touch, or if it begins smelling: DO NOT USE IT ANYMORE. Let it cool down (1 hour) in a safe environment (outside preferably), and then dispose of correctly, or make arrangements to return, if still under warranty. If your e-cigarette or device begins activating itself, immediately remove your atomiser and disconnect the battery.
Do NOT trust the battery, nor the atomiser anymore from this point on. This means never leave either of the components connected in your pocket, in your nightstand, or out of visibility where you can not immediately separate the two components. Read the information found at: www.batteryuniversity.com before purchasing. It is important to carry batteries properly, charge properly, and dispose of properly. AQLI INTERNATIONAL are not responsible for damage if there is any modification of the batteries/chargers in any form or shape (including pack making).
We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or mishandling of Li-Ion batteries and chargers. We will not be held responsible or liable for any injury, damage, or defect, permanent or temporary that may be caused by the use of any batteries.
Payment
Payment is due before goods are despatched unless a credit account has been authorised by AQLI INTERNATIONAL Ltd in which case payment is due 14 days from date of invoicing. AQLI INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to withhold supplies and to suspend any further deliveries in the event that payment is overdue. We accept payment from the major credit/debit cards and PAYPAL.
Prices
Prices quoted are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to alteration by AQLI INTERNATIONAL without prior notice. Price amendments will only be made prior to contract. Duty and taxes will be charged at the rates prevailing at the time of despatch. Delivery and credit card charges are additional.
Cancellations
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming in writing if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All information given at the time of ordering to the point of payment is collected by AQLI INTERNATIONAL. This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.
The data is used to fulfill your order and for marketing campaigns. We use technology such as cookies to improve our services to customers. We do not pass your information to any third parties without your permission. PayPal our payment provider collects your payment information. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
Quality
All goods are warranted on delivery to the customer to be of the nature, substance and quality invoiced and to conform in all respects with all the appropriate statutory regulations.
Security
PayPal and HSBC our payment providers, use state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against security risks.
Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Time of Order
Orders received by us before 12 noon (GMT) during working days will be normally be dispatched within 48 hours but please allow 7-10 days. Working days are Mondays to Fridays except public holidays.
Title to Goods
Property and title in the goods shall remain with AQLI INTERNATIONAL and shall not pass to the customer until such time as AQLI INTERNATIONAL has received payment in full of all sums due on whatsoever account.
